Disastrous training week.  This was my lowest number of hours since I began the prep/base period in mid December.  Was out of town on Fri thru Sunday but will need to adjust training plans going forward so that workouts aren’t missed.  Need to get back on track this coming week.  Feb 15 starts the Rev 3 training plan!
