Got some new (used) Flashpoint FP80's that arrived on friday. The decals have been removed and provide a very stealthy look. What do you think?
I finally picked up the race wheels from the shop, where they’ve been getting glued. They are Planet X 82mm front and 101mm rear with Vittoria Corsa Evo CX tubulars. I weighed them at 812 grams for the front and 1072 grams for the rear. The tires come in at 239 grams each.
I am finally picking the new bike up today and having the final fit completed. Here is a picture of the frame as seen at purchase.
Here is what is looks like after pickup. It has been built up with Shimano Ultegra. Race wheels to come soon.
